01How do I book a lesson?
Choose a time, share your contact information and what you want to work on, then submit your lesson request. Zac will check simulator bay availability and reach out to confirm the appointment.
Is my lesson confirmed as soon as I submit?
No. The form sends Zac a request but does not finalize the appointment. Zac checks simulator bay availability and reaches out to confirm the booking.
When are lessons available?
The calendar shows lesson times at least 48 hours away so Zac has time to check simulator bay availability. Need a sooner lesson or a time outside regular hours? Call Zac to ask. If no times are listed, new availability may not have been published yet.
What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Deposits are nonrefundable. With at least 24 hours' notice, you can rebook your lesson for another time.

How do I pay?
Enter your card through Stripe when requesting a time. Stripe places a temporary $30 hold, not a charge. After Zac checks bay availability and confirms your appointment, he captures the deposit. If the bay is unavailable, he releases the hold. Card holds usually expire within seven days.
